Will rain affect my roof treatment?

Roof treatments cannot be applied in rain or high winds. If the weather prevents us from treating your roof, we may need to reschedule. If it rains 15 minutes after we have applied your treatment, that is okay. The product has had enough time to absorb and begin working.

Will you still come if rain is forecast?

We keep a close eye on the forecast before your roof treatment. We cannot apply the treatment in rain or high winds, so the conditions may mean your appointment needs to move.

A forecast can change. If you are unsure whether your booking will go ahead, contact us and we can talk it through.

What if it rains after my roof has been treated?

Rain 15 minutes after application is okay. By then, the product has had enough time to absorb and begin working.

This advice applies to our roof treatment service. If you have a question about the timing of rain after your visit, give us a call.

What happens if my treatment needs to be rescheduled?

We will keep you informed, aim to give you as much notice as possible and work with you to find another suitable time.

If the forecast continues to change, we may need to reschedule again. We know that can be inconvenient. Our team monitors conditions to minimise disruption and keep you updated.
