Often the wash solution that can be purchased at hardware stores is diluted and so you end up using a lot more of it and having to apply multiple applications to get the results you want. What is a post wash report and why can this potentially save you thousands?
When we wash schools or child care centres we can provide a post wash report at your request. The report will contain information (including photos) on problem areas that are susceptible to lichen and mould. It will also include photos of any areas that are damaged or starting to show signs of damage due to erosion or rot. This is particularly useful for areas that cannot be seen easily from the ground and can end up saving thousands in the long run if the problems are caught early enough.
