Roof Cleaning (roof treatments and roof washing)

We offer two options: a roof treatment that naturally kills growth over time, or a full wash and treatment that gets your roof looking clean straight away and keeps it that way for at least 2 years. Hot Water Blasting
Greasy workshop floors, oil-stained concrete, chewing gum stuck to car parks and sidewalks. Cold water blasting won't touch it, and can etch softer concrete trying. We heat water to 90°C to cut through grease, oils and gum without chemicals, leaving surfaces sanitised and dry faster. Both pull from the specifics already in the full page description (the 90°C detail, the etching risk, the sanitised/no-chemical points) rather than the vaguer "just the ticket" and "really need some grunt" phrasing in the current version.
Concrete and Deck Washing in Northland and Auckland
Hard surfaces collect grime, moss and algae fast, and once they do, they age everything around them. We use soft washing or pressure washing depending on the surface, treating before and after the wash so the clean lasts months rather than weeks. Driveways, paths, decks, patios, car parks and large concrete areas across Northland and Auckland, with telescopic reach up to 15 metres for walls and building facades.
Gutter Cleaning and Blocked Downpipes

We wash it properly using a foam pre-wash, soft brush agitation, and a low-pressure rinse safe on all surfaces, including painted aluminium, fibreglass, windows, trims, and solar panels. Every wash includes a ceramic coating as standard, protecting against UV, salt air, and road grime. From $180 incl GST. Pro-grade bug and spider treatment
Most bug sprays use an off-the-shelf product in a knapsack sprayer. Ours doesn't. We use professional-strength actives that aren't available at the hardware store, applied with a precision mister system that gets into every spot bugs actually hide and travel through. We invested in specialist training to use this product properly. Protection lasts 3 to 6 months, safe for families and pets once dry.
