Brya | Proud Co-founder
Brya is happiest when customers are delighted, and the team is proud of the work they’ve done. She shapes the customer experience and helps protect the caring, helpful culture behind it. For Brya, how people feel throughout the job matters as much as the finished clean.
“Making people happy is at the centre of what we do. That means looking after each other, caring about the details and finding ways to do a little more than expected.”
Pete | Proud Co-founder
Pete brings practical problem-solving, resourcefulness and a “do it once, do it right” approach. He enjoys planning complex jobs and finding the right way to care for each property. Kind and easy to talk to, he gets as much satisfaction from a delighted homeowner as from completing a challenging commercial clean.
“I love seeing a customer’s face when they see the finished result. I enjoy working through a complicated job, but it’s just as satisfying to finish someone’s home and see how thrilled they are.”
Novi | Head of Customer Happiness
Novi brings a bright outlook, quick thinking and a sharp eye for what customers need. She helps keep enquiries, questions and bookings moving, with clear communication along the way. Her warmth and initiative make her a reassuring person to have on your side.
“I love working with people who treat each other like family. There’s never a dull moment, and I enjoy making a positive difference for our customers and team.”
Jeff (AKA Liam) | Senior Exterior Cleaning Technician

He explains what the work involves, listens to concerns and makes time for questions. His practical problem-solving and attention to detail help customers feel informed and confident that their property is in caring hands.
“I’ve been part of this team for over 13 years, and I still wake up excited to go to work each day. No day is ever the same. The best part is the people, both our team and our customers.”
Steve | Senior Exterior Cleaning Technician
Steve has been part of Blast Away Guys for 10 years. Quiet, kind and considerate, he brings calm determination and a careful eye to every job. He takes time to explain the work, answer questions and choose the right cleaning approach for each surface. Customers regularly praise both his workmanship and how comfortable they feel having him look after their property.
“Joining Blast Away Guys is the best thing I’ve done from a work perspective. Everyone looks after each other. I enjoy seeing how pleased people are when the area we’ve washed looks so much better.”
Milla | Exterior Cleaning Technician
Milla joined Blast Away Guys in February 2026 and is Brya and Pete’s youngest son. Quietly focused while he works, he has a thoughtful nature and a cheerful disposition. He takes care with both his work and his words, and his honesty, reliability and willingness to give his best make him a valued teammate. He especially enjoys seeing a property transformed and a customer delighted with the result.
“The most satisfying part is cleaning a really dirty area of concrete and watching it change with each pass. I love comparing the before and after, but the best part is seeing how happy the customer is.”
Libby (Olivia) | Exterior Cleaning Technician
Libby joined Blast Away Guys in February 2026 and is Brya and Pete’s granddaughter. Meticulous and quick to learn, she notices the little things and takes pride in getting them right. Her thoughtful nature, initiative and sunny outlook make her a caring teammate who is always looking for ways to help.
“I love working outdoors and seeing the difference we make. Sometimes customers look shocked when they realise how dirty something was, then they’re delighted with how clean it looks. That reaction is really satisfying.”
Ihaia | Senior Exterior Cleaning Technician
