What needs sorting around your place?

House and garage washing, decks, fences, paths, driveways and other suitable exterior surfaces. We choose the method for the material and its condition.
Roof and gutter care
Roof treatment or washing, gutter clearing and downpipe flushing. We also carry out minor gutter and downpipe repairs, including loose clips, sagging sections and damaged sections.
BugBlock and pest control
Interior and exterior insect treatments, plus rat and mouse control, bird control and targeted help with persistent cockroach problems. The approach depends on the pest and property.
Chimney sweeps and inspections
A sweep and inspection with an inspection report and sweep certificate. Ask us to include it alongside other work or book it on its own.
Solar panels and tank-water arrangements
Solar panel cleaning, plus downpipe diverter installation where suitable. If your roof supplies tank water, we plan the roof-treatment and flushing arrangements with you.
Motorhomes and caravans
Motorhome and caravan washing and ceramic protective wax coatings. Include the vehicle when you ask about other jobs at home.
Getting ready to sell?
Photography, open homes and handover dates need their own plan. We can help prioritise the work and provide records of a roof treatment or chimney sweep.

You should know what you’re paying for and why it suits your property.
If you ask for a roof clean, we’ll explain whether roof treatment or roof washing is appropriate. Roof treatment can be gentler and more cost-effective where suitable. It works gradually, so we explain the expected result and timing before you decide.
The same care applies elsewhere. A painted wall, timber deck and concrete driveway need different methods. Tell us about the result you want and we’ll explain what is realistic.

Bundle suitable jobs and save yourself some organising
Instead of requesting several quotes from different companies, ask us to price the jobs together. Combining suitable services can reduce duplicated travel and setup costs.
Each service is priced individually. Select the services you want when requesting your quote. If you want to change the work included after receiving it, Novi can revise the quote.
We also plan the sequence. Exterior washing happens before exterior BugBlock treatment. Applying the treatment to clean, dry surfaces helps the product adhere better and supports a longer-lasting result. It also means the wash won’t remove treatment you have just paid for.
Novi coordinates the technicians, timing and weather-related changes. You have one person to contact.
From your list to a clear booking
- Tell us what needs attention. Select the services on the quote request form and add the address. Mention any dates you are working towards.
- Receive individual prices. We explain the scope and options. Quotes usually arrive within 1–2 business hours. More complex work may need further information or a visit.
- Agree the work and timing. Ask Novi any questions or request a revised quote. Once accepted, we coordinate the booking and explain preparation.
- Let the team get on with it. We use the agreed methods, let you know about relevant findings and provide aftercare information.

Need a recommendation for another trade?
If you need windows cleaned inside and out, we can recommend a window cleaner. Our house wash includes soft washing and rinsing the exterior windows. It is different from a separate detailed window-cleaning service.
We also have established relationships with plumbers, electricians, builders and roofers. Ask us if you need a recommendation. You arrange and agree their work directly with them.
