If you ask for a roof clean, we’ll explain whether roof treatment or roof washing is appropriate. Roof treatment can be gentler and more cost-effective where suitable. It works gradually, so we explain the expected result and timing before you decide.

The same care applies elsewhere. A painted wall, timber deck and concrete driveway need different methods. Tell us about the result you want and we’ll explain what is realistic.

From your list to a clear booking

1. Tell us what needs attention. Select the services on the quote request form and add the address. Mention any dates you are working towards.
2. Receive individual prices. We explain the scope and options. Quotes usually arrive within 1–2 business hours. More complex work may need further information or a visit.
3. Agree the work and timing. Ask Novi any questions or request a revised quote. Once accepted, we coordinate the booking and explain preparation.
4. Let the team get on with it. We use the agreed methods, let you know about relevant findings and provide aftercare information.

Need a recommendation for another trade?

If you need windows cleaned inside and out, we can recommend a window cleaner. Our house wash includes soft washing and rinsing the exterior windows. It is different from a separate detailed window-cleaning service.

We also have established relationships with plumbers, electricians, builders and roofers. Ask us if you need a recommendation. You arrange and agree their work directly with them.
